  • All berths in stage one will be 22.5m in length and roughly a 7m width.

  • We will have prices for these marina berths once we are able to better determine the cost to deliver this unique offering. In the meantime, please register your interest to stay up to date with any new updates and releases.

  • All of the adjoining land lots within stage one will be roughly 172-197m2 in size

  • Our early calculations indicate costs of approx. $2,500 per year to cover canal management, admin and maintenance costs. This is equivalent of a standard (<25m) frontage canal levy of a waterfront section at Whitianga Waterways.

  • We are working on plans to allow for council wastewater connection/extraction from the vessel to the jetty to enable live-aboard viability.

  • Future stages of the marine precinct include planning for boat haul-out, marine servicing and chandlery.
